    I am writing this after facing pathetic customer care service from LG India's staffs and seeing how their authorised service centers dictates the terms rather than LG's actual representative.

    I bought the LCD 22LD245 on 08/01/2011. I requested the CC executive who visited my place for demo/installation that since my house was going through some renovation work, I would like to postpone the wall mounting job to few weeks. Executive's response was I can request anytime later when my house is ready for it and it would be done free of cost withing 1 year warranty period. Due to some official reason I was abroad for last few months.
    After I came back, I lodged request twice -on 3/12/2011 & 9/12/2011( RNA111203056915 & RNA111209001216) where the CC clearly mentioned me it's not chargeable since it is still in warranty period. But every time I receive a call from local service center they refused saying the CC people aren't aware and we will charge you Rs 600( the person from Sree electronics, Sanpada, Navi mumbai has even offered for some adjustment off the record).
    Also not able to contact local CC officer( Miss Swarna Sawant, number provided by CC executive over phone ) as somebody picks up the phone to disconnect immediately.
    My question is that how every person who all are representing same company can differ on the terms of service. Whom should I believe as customer.
    I am frustrated with LG service by seeing such a pathetic response, it's amusing how the service center dictates the terms by just saying they are the one who decides the deliverables.

    Angry Worst Service By LG

    Hi,
    I have bought the new LG Refrigerator for Rs 13500/ .(on 26th NOV2011 in Tambaram, Amutha & Co, Chennai-45)

    On the same day it self I found that it's not working properly. (not even the light inside) I have contacted the customer care for LG(044-39010909) and they said that the Engineer will come and see the problem.

    The First person came from the LG and saw the same, he said that the cable should be replaced. This took almost three days for the preliminary action.

    The next time, am calling to the CC for finding out the person, the CC person is not responding well to my complaint. After lot of struggle, I got the service center number and they told that the engineer will come and fix it.
    The next engineer came and he said that the Refrigerator needs to be replaced and it will take minimum 10 days and he took a copy of the bill.

    I wait for long time and today(12the DEC2011) have called for the status, the Manager said that it will come today. ( He said that last week it should come to you by Friday9th DEC2011 or by 12th Dec2011)

    Today I have called for long time and he never pick my call up. I have called him for 100 times and there;s no response.

    I have called back to Dealer where I bought this and I told them that if it's going to happen tomorrow, you have to take this back I said.

    Daily I check the status with the CC, but they never turned me back saying that your query has been addressed. This is the worst service by LG, I never recommend LG products to any one.

    Still my query has not been addressed well and am waiting for the replaced Refrigerator. Otherwise, I need to go to consumer court.

    I have contacted these people during these time:

    9176659692 - Om Prakash ---> This guy never pick my call or not even responded back for the status of my call. He's responsible for the Replacement division
    9047777203 - Anbalagan, M M Electrnonics ----> He's the only person respond to my call but he can't do anything fast on this call

    044-22266962 - Amutha & Co - They are dealers for LG, they have helped to place a request, but they are not ready for replacing immediately that any problmes are facing by the customer. They are not customer friendly. But am the regular customer of this store, ashamed of this one.

    The customer care supervisor named : Shailesh from Chennai, he's responded initially but after some time , he's not at all responding to my call.

    Concluding very worst service by LG. This is not the Life's Good, this is life's Bad!
