We purchased a LG LED 3D 47" TV (LX6500) on the 11th of Oct, after 2 days the TV's menu options started popping up in the middle if viewing and kept changing all the settings and options and the TV kept switching off on its own, and the volume kept increasing and decreasing, we lodged a complaint immediately with LG and also Ezone (Infinity Malad -W). Everybody said that someone from customer service will get back but till date no one has come forward to help. We have written to LG through an email but all they do is talk, no one is ready to walk the talk. In-spite of numerous phone calls to everybody at LG also the man of all India in-charge Mr. Praful Patel, no one has come forward to help us. They keeping repeating like a broken record in a bad loop how somebody "will get back to us on our complaints" and " we will call you back in 15 mins".
So far my experience with LG is the worst that I have come across, their customer service and customer support is the worst kind. Instead of "Life's Good" they should go in for a motto of "makes life miserable" which they have surely done for me and my family.
