My Father Sri TVSP Haranath Babu purchased LG Gold Fins Split AC at Sai Balaji Electronics,Eluru, Andhrapradesh,India vide cah bill no. 29 dated 08.07.2005. On 19.05.2010 the AC machine developed problem and only throwing hot air. The first compliant was registed through LG tollfree service 1800 180 9999 vide compliant registration number 051903614 on 19.05.2010. On attending the compliant by LG representative filling gas in the compressor, the machine worked only for 30 minutes. This was informed to the servicing agency but no response. On 22.05.2010 one more compliant registered for the same set vide compliant reg no. C1052220746 on 22.05.2010. On advise of LG representative, the region representative Mr. Ramakrishna ( Mob no. 09985718888) of Tadepalli Gudem, W.G.District, Andhra Pradesh, India was contacted and compressor as a whole was replaced. Still the problem was not solved. The condenser cleaned and capacitor of the unit also replaced as a trail but failed to put back the system in operation. On 31.05.2010 again we were advised to lodge a compliant and the registration number is C1053102321. The total set was dismantled and checked at their service centre and found not functioning. Now the service agent is sailent about it and the gaurantee period also will be lapsed by 07.July.2010. Now the set is totally unfunctional and needs for a through check or to be totally replaced. The service agent is not responding to calls. It is very unfortunate that the diagnosis of the problem is yet to be done and already 40 days are completed. If it is delayed the gaurantee period also may be lapsed. M/s LG is requested to take up this problem and replace the total unit and built confidence on LG products in customer minds.
