The product was purchsed from M/s. Sargam Electronics, Jamnagar in the firs week of Oct'2011. And the demonstration of the product was assured within a weeks time by the owner of the shop.

But till date there no such thing is happened. And me and my family got comletely frusted for the service they are assuiring. As we used to request them elmost every week but there is no development till date.

Nobody was worried from the LG or from the dealer for the demonstration and also last but not least the complementry cookery show's complementry passes were offered for promotional basis. but till date no body is approached for the cookery show by the LG.

This is what I say is a complete harrasment of the consumer by the dealer and the company. request you to look into the matter.
