Sub: Complaint for not receiving the winning prize declared on 5th Dec' 10 (Sunday) yet.

This is to inform you that, I, Smita Raman, GZB was being declared as a winner of "LG - MALLIKA - E - KITCHEN Season 2" telecasted on 5th Dec' 10 at 11:00 AM on COLORS TV CHANNEL. My name was telecasted as EPS13 Smita Raman Ghaziabad & i was supposed to receive a MICROWAVE OVEN, but haven't received yet.

I had a telephonic discussion with Ms. Divya (Executive in Greater Noida) & she gave me the confirmation that within a month of broad casting the episode i.e., till 5th jan' 11, i will receive the winning prize at the given address (2nd A/8, Patel Nagar II, Ghaziabad - 201001).

You are requested to inform the current status of my winning prize, I will be waiting for a prompt action.
