I bought a LG Convection/Microwave oven from Sutlej Enterprises, Chandigarh on 20-10-2011. The product was complete dead when opened. It did not work for a single day.
The demo guy came twice on two separate days and reported the product to be completely dead.
I contacted the dealer and was directed to LG customer care. He said the product is sold and there is nothing he could do. You better report it at customer care 9this pathetic because the product was dead from day one). It was Diwali and customer care systems didn’t work. They said they lodge complaint the next day; but nothing happened.
I called again for the next two days and finally lodged the complaint number RNA111030055512.
Again a guy came to give us demo; I again told him I don’t need the demo, but want the product to be replaced. He said he will speak to the senior and get back. Nobody called back.
I again called the customer care and was given the number of MS. Neelam (+919646009127) who heads the service centre in Chandigarh.
I called Ms. Neelam twice day for at least 10 days with no avail. She is not only careless, but also rude.
Then I emailed Mr. Pandya who is supposed to be the head of Service in this region. On November 8th, 2011 he assured me it will be looked into.
It is 23rd November today; I still haven’t received the refund neither the product is replaced. I was directed Mr. Anil from LG to get this issue resolved. I have called Mr. Anil +91 9988099067 at least 20 times since November 8th, 2011 The excuses were; the authorized signatory for cheques is on leave then Mr. Anil’s phone went out of reach for three days. Then his phone diverted to Mr. Sahil who has no clue what is going on. Today again his phone is diverted to Mr. Sahil.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY WORKS. THEY ARE JUST RIPPING OFF PEOPLE.
