Even after my repeated request at your various authorised LG service centre, from last one month none of your engineer's have come for visit regarding repair of my microwave.
When i told them that I have E-10 error even they could not explain me what is it.
I searched in the net and got that E-10 error relates to some problem with motherboard.
They promised of their visit but nobody turn up till date.
I asked them what it will cost me,all have different estimates and my little enquiry made them irritated with no result.
I feel bad to find out such poor service by LG.on whom I had lot of pride.
Hope somebody from your end may contact me and repair my microwave
