I bought an LG Microwave Oven in Bangalore on 13-June 2010 and today is 7th August. I have not been able to use this piece of crap till now. The demo person came today and when we tried to cook pizza it just went on heating up indefinitely without setting time. So, we had to stop it after 20+ minutes to protect the microwave (actually piece of of crap) from bursting due to high heat and saving my house's electrical wiring. Then the technician said that you should take classes for cooking from microwave instead of fixing the problem of timing on the equipment. This is the highly pathetic quality of the product which is equally supported by their bad customer service. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that the first piece I got had a dent on the body and got replaced after 3 weeks and for demo I had to register 4 complaints. All the complaints got closed automatically without fixing theh problem. After contacting the head office in Noida someone responded but alas, the problem is still there and a customer who has spent INR 14313/- to buy the product is left on his own.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE ANY LG PRODUCT IN LIFE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER. LIFE's GOOD without LG.

Maine L.G microwave Oven laxmi nagar se 29/01/2010 light & sound galaxy se purchase kiya tha Rs- 9,600/-.
jiska model no. 7687 hai. Jab maine microwave purchase kiya tha usi ke 20-25 days ke baad hi isme problem aa gayi.Jab maine L.G Costumer Care mein complaint ki to unhone kaha ki 1-2 days mein engineer bhej denge. Par unhone nahi bheja. Phir hamne dobara complaint kari phir unhone kaha ki 1-2 days mein bhej denge. Aisa karte-2, (3 Months) nikal gaye aur mere microwave oven ka warranty period nikalne wala hai aur aaj tak engineer nahi aaya. Main aur jada headek nahi lena cahati ya to mera microwave replace ho jaye, ya phir mere microwave ke paise return mil jaye.

I had lodged complaint to LG service station for repair of my Microwave Owen Model no. MG 583 MC. For the past one month I have been following up with them and till today I must have made more than 100 calls to them but they are not ready to talk to us. Recently Mr. Prakash Pandit, the Area Manager and Mr.Praful - Branch Manager spoke very rudely when I requested them to repair or replace the PCB key pad of my microwave owen. And now they are taking our calls and we are left blank.

I am really surprised as to how a responsible person holding the above position can be such a rude with the consumers. Instead of helping consumers to overcome their problems they are playing with consumers by not replying. This is serious and I feel it's a criminal offence commited by LG India by not giving service for their manufactured Microwave Owen and appointing untrained Branch Manager and Area Manager.

If this is the service of LG products then I will have to recommend everybody that Life is Good only for Advertisement and in reality Life is made miserable by LG Microwave owen.
