Hi,
We bought the LG Split AC 2 months back.Since the day it was installed, it had a cooling problem which was never diagnosed correctly in last 2 months even though we lodged 5-6 complaints in the last 2 months.Last Week on the complain reference number C1051117920 the technical people visited our place and took the AC to their workshop with 72 hrs delivery line. But Again we are getting same old excuses that it will take more time and this and that.
1) LG does Not have a good Customer care support to fullfill the needs of its customer.
2) Being a Brand of the Name as such of LG they should have a proper system where they are replacing the NEW PRODUCTS in spite of needless diagnosis of irrelevant problems in the system.
I WANT MY AC TO BE REPLACED.
PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY PROBLEM SHORTED OUT
