I bought a frostfree Lg refrigerator model no.GR-B652YLS 559 liters in January.Paid 50000 for it. This product t has a warranty of one year and an additional extended warranty had been taken. Frpm the 15th of october I am having problems. there is full frost in the freezer in a frost free refrigerator !! There is no cooling in the refrigerator. water has been dripping from all over. After repeated complaints a technician visited , Said the duct was blocked, did the need ful and left. fridge seemed fine for a few days, afterwhich the same problem started. Again repeated complaints later, after four days a tecnician arrived, Said a part has to be changed, will come back in two days. Its two weeks now. No sign of any body. No calls from the company explaining delays.
What i need to know is as the product is still under warranty and is giving so many problems can I get a refund or atleast change it with another.I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the product and the service they provide. As anyone can imagine this has caused a great deal of inconvenience.
