I had purchased a double door LG refrigerator on 20/02/08 Model No.408YMQG and Serial No.801LPGE000119.

The refrigerator has been giving me repeated troubles.

To make the matter worse their was a blast in the refrigerator on 7/12/11 morning. Immediately I lodged a complaint with complaint no. RNA 111207086863 at 7.00am.

Their mechanic came in the evening and to my surprise when he opened the cover of the inside light in the refrigerator the bulb as well as its holder had been burnt badly because of short circuit (indicating the poor quality of material used). The damage is so bad that the front and back panel have mangled with each other and the mechanic was unable to open the screws. He took the photograph of the burnt-out place and told me that this cannot be repaired and the refrigerator is to be replaced.

I mailed the same concerns in my mail of 8/12/11.

To my surprise nobody contacted me with any concrete thing.

Please help me in getting my dangerous refrigerator replaced or my money refunded.
