I had Purchased Refrigerator (GL-245FEDG5) on 09-07-2011 from (Electronics Junction, Motera, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad). After 40 days first time I booked complaint on 20-08-2011 vide number 110820021567 for low cooling temperature. Customer care executive came (Digital Care-Ahmedabad) on 21-08-2011 & said that the coolant and gas was leak and we have to take refrigerator at our service centre and it will take 7-8 days for complete repairing. After repairing it was came on 02-09-2011 at my home
Same Problem persist after 45 days & again booked complaint for same problem vide Complaint No.111019060786 / Dt.19/10/2011. Customer care Executive came on 20-10-2011 & says we have to take it again at our service centre & it will take 5-6 days for repairing. After my constant follow up with dealer (Electronics Junction - Motera) & Service Centre (Digital Care - Naranpura). Service Centre’s (Mr. Mahesh ) agreed on giving standby against my Refrigerator & sent Loading at my home on 02-11-2011. Without giving me stand by Refrigerator the Loading man took my Refrigerator for repairing. After 2 days I received call from Service Centre for informing me that your refrigerator was ready we are sending it back and return our standby Refrigerator (Which was not given to me). It is very poor & pathetic service from LG.
The problem includes cooling for that I have already paid massive amount to the vendor from where I have purchased but the problem is still there. So I want a replacement of the Refrigerator.
In this case your Punchline what tell :
DIGITALLY YOUR : Mean Product always at your service centre.
Now me & my family totally frustrated with this refrigerator and LG Products. This my last mail to you for your action. Please take action from your side otherwise I will take action from my side.
