sir i have buy a lg refrigrator on date27-11-2011 from ludhiana lgshowroom humbran road and this refrigrator door lock was not working so icomplaint about it on first date of purchaing to dealer.he said ur door will change but it was not got with a month after that dealer said company have no door and ur refrigrator will change and till today refrigrator not change and company service center employee said we cant change we have not approvel from head office and they have not satiesfied answer it will change or not they u can do anything like fir or r consumer complaint we will not change ur refrigratoer, plese do my favour thanling you
