One of the worst customer service I ever found is LG, I purchased the above model semi-automatic washing machine, on 09 Apr 2010 (Bill enclosed in attachment) with two years warranty (enclosed in attachment) that was the big blunder mistake by buying your product I did .. spinner of that washing machine is and was not working I complained at customer care on 07 Nov 2011 complaint No. RNA 111107079566 which was not attended and one more complaint was registerd on 08 Nov 2011 with complaint No. RNA111108052723 dtd. 08 Nov 2011 a technician came and he seems to be so lazy he opened the machine and said the problem was rectified and he left. again the spinner stopped working and on 10 Nov 2011 I again complained complaint No. RNA111110048734 I received a call on 11 Nov 2011 that there is no new spare spin motor available once the product comes they will get in touch with me I felt that LG customer care people are having a joke out of me. Being a big reputed company they have no spares and bluffing me every time that they will attend and replace the part . at last I came to know that once my guarantee gets over in april company will come and attend the complaint and they can charge for the motor...?
