We had had called lg customer care -toll free regarding no cooling of our window a/c & office split a/c.

complaint no's smsed are C1041724992 ; C1041724907. dated 17th April -2010

it took then 6 days to respond & then their engineer from mayur vihar service centre refilled the gas & promissed to clean the external unit next day morning .

he issued a receipt which was 20 % more than what the lg customer care had quoted. after much haggling he took the same amount from us but never came to clean the external unit .

we gave a complaint regarding it to lg who promised that he will be coming within 1-2 days when we were called to give feedback.

neither did they come since & neither is our a/c doing any cooling .

it would have been better that we should have called a local repair man rather than call lg customer care who are only intrested to take our money but not to provide the service.

we even sms to 5757554 with 1 but no response

it seems our only recource will be to go to consumer court if we don't hear from them in 2-3 days .
