I have purchased LG Split A/C at Balasubramanyam Metals , Nang****lur, Chennai on 14.04.2010. After the Completion of 1 year, We have signed a AMC with LG. Within 1.5 years of purchase There was Gas Leakage for 2 Times. I find that the product given to us is defective.

No service person or LG customer care respond properly

How can I proceed to solve this problem.

LG Split AC---- I have gone through the same thing. Now I would recommend you to do for Daikin ACs. They are superb with their services and after sales delivery. I have a Daikin AC they have never ever felt any problems.

I wonder what is compelling LG to loose is reputation. It is a tough market but still many newer brands have become brand of repute and are roaring. Look at the growth of Daikin India, Samsung, Hitachi, Haier, Toshiba etc.

Really, LG's popularity is on the downward spiral. I wonder what's wrong with them. They used to be so good like Daikin, Haier, Hitachi etc. But now it is not like that certainly.Its sad you had to suffer a lot.
