I have bought a LG top load washing machine on 24 OCT 2011.The model number is T7222PFFC. On purchase the company has told me that an executive will come to my home within 48 hours for product demonstration. But it is already more than one weak over. No body has come.
No calls are connecting to the customer care number 1800180 9999 which is give in the product manual.
Whenever Iam trying to browse this product in LG website it is showing that no products are matched.
This is the worst service in the world that a company can give.I want its compansation, beacuse I have spend a lot of money and valuable time for contacting the companies cstomer care which was not happend till
