Dear sir,
sub: delay or no support from service center
i have purchased a LG TV in last year 2009 month july.
Now before two week on 22 oct 2010 my got faulted with no power supply in the time of OFF then i had made a complaint on same time to customer care no 01139010909.
after a person come from service center and checked out the system then said i'll come after three days , i need some part to resolve the problem. after this i m regularly following with customer care and also with service center till now. But till now my TV is still in same faulty condition. within one and half years time TV got heavy problem.
LG customer care service not solving my problem . LG is supporting us, i suffering with this situation
MY TV is still faulty condition ,please help
