I purchased washing machine from bansal electronics,near sadar bazar,gurgaon,on 14th dec 2010.the product was defected which i detected later and registered complaint on 2nd jan2011 complaint no.RNA110102008310,but till date i didnt got any resolution of same.LG Customer care and service centre both are providing very bad service.They commit for 24hrs service but never provide.please help in this matter.Thanks,Shweta Varanjani
