I bought LG front loading washing machines 3 months back. I stopped working 15 days back. I was told that the PCB is not working and will be replaced in 24 hours. it has been over 2 weeks and nothing has been done.

I have spoken to almost 18 people from customer care, LG care and all care no resolutions forums from LG but achieved nothing. I think I had enough by following such a small issue.

I made a mistake of buying a LG product and would not repeat again in life.

I bought LG LCD Television 5 months back. And It is found that there is a problem with the sound of the TV. We called to LG customer care and they have provided me the Request id number and told that within 24 hours engineer will visit to you and resolve the problem. When Engineer come home to check the problem, he told that there was a problem with the main board card and speakers and need to replace the same.

Second time when he (Mr. Sandeep- LG Service Engineer) visited to our house, he carried the main board card to replace the same. But he created other problem and now our LCD TV is not more in the working condition. There is no power coming in the TV. So now due to LG service engineer, TV is not in working condition and keep as the showcase.

Note: The Product is in Warrenty.And now i want the replcement of Faulty TV with New One.

WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE THE STRONG ACTION AGAINST LG.

I have purchased Microwave model MC 7689MRR from Croma on 25th Sept. 10

After two weeks I observed a wheel of rotating ring is coming out, hence I logged complaint on 27.09.10 complaint no. 270910109966. A reply to this mail was received instantly.

Two days latter a person from LG came with wrong size ring. After that till today no body is attending the complaint.

I logged another complaint on 04.10.10 complaint no. 041010109966, there is no reply to this complaint, no body is attending complaint.

While going through the list of complaint from website I realised that I have also made a mistake by choosing LG product. I could have referred this site before purchasing LG product.

With this incidance I have decided that in future I will never go for the LG product
