The Living Style, Propriter Mr Vithal Waddar has cheated number of people by taking advance of work and did not deliver. He used to give advertisement in Pune Mirror for Kitchen work giving discount. When I approched him work for kitchen, he took measurement and we decided a deal in 41000/- for moduler kitchen. I paid him advance 11000/- Rs to start work on July 27. After few days he asked more money saying that your kitchen trolly is arrived and he needs more advance. I asked him to fit trolly and get more money. He then started making excuse always saying that he will start after two days. That two days never come. After repeated pursuation and after visiting Kothrud police station he came to my house and provided me a check for the advanced money. As I was expecting that check was bounced. During my interaction with number of people I found that he did not cheat only me but there are many more people are his victim. I tried to approch lawyer and court, however I found that the options are costlier and the case will take too long to provide back money. He cheated many more people by taking advance this way of money ranging from 40000 to 100000. One of the guy had initiated a legal complaints where he also got bail. However main concern is he is continuing this way cheating other people and used to have this kind of life.

Can any one suggest better way to tackle this issue, so that we can save others money going wasted this way.
