I regret to notice the long delay in supply of INDANE domestical gas cylinder at Chandannagar Municipal area of West Bengal. After suspesion of Gas Distribution agency M/s United Novelty Gas Supply Company at Chandannagar Station Road, all the existing customers of that distrubutor have transferred to different agencies.
My consumer no.:UNG 16970 has shifted to M/s Mullick Brothers, Chinsurah since August 2010 , since then the problem started. They supply gas cylinder with a long delay. I have booked my cylinder on 21 September 2010 vide booking no.: 9731. Unfortunately the supply of refilled cylinder has not done till date(15 October 2010).
I request your kindness to take up the issue with appropriate authority and resolve promptly.
