I got installed a domestic RO at my residence three years back. Now when I thought of getting it serviced, I called up service provider namely “Sun Industries, 6 Friends Market, First Floor, JG-II, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018, Phone: 011-65439205, 9891335051, 9971115780 ” and they agreed to install new membrane and sediment filters for a total consideration of Rs.2000/-.



On May 18th 10 their service engineer Mr. Vijay came and did some work, when we asked him to get the water tested for correct parameters, he told us that he is not carrying the equipment he shall come later and we trusted the person we made full payment of Rs.2000/- cash and he has taken along what ever he had removed from the machine. Next day when we got up and surprised that not a single drop of water filtered in the machine and the whole machine was leaking. Since then I am trying to contact them but all their phones are intermittently switched ON /OFF to avoid public wrath when ever any of them come into contact they politely make commitments for the service but no body turns up.



On further enquiry I came to know that the address given is fake, names of the person behind this racket (Sunny, Rajni, Shagun, Vijay) are fake and they all are found to be thieves.



May please advise how to proceed against these fraudsters
