dear sir/madam,
myself an indane gas customer (no.33256), have been trying to book gas for last 1 week, all the phone lines are either busy or nobody picks up the phone even if it rings by chance.Today once they picked up the phone after 2 pm only to say that it has been closed proving that the lines are working properly and they willingly kept the phones busy. Earlier also whenever I tried to book gas,i had to call at least 50 times and even after receiving the phone they used to misbehave and spoke rudely and kept the line on hold invariably.
Its my earnest request to please look into the matter and it would be better to cancel their licence if they aren't willing to work or dont know how to behave with the costumors, for whom it is not possible to go physically everytime for booking of gas.
