I purchased this Maharaja Mixi Nano Model number MX 116 on 8th of jan 2012 in Faridabad. Now just after one month one of the steel jars gets cracked. I went to the store from where I purchased this product with complain and they said I should call customer service as this store wouldn’t help me in this. I called customer service with this reference and they said they can’t provide service as this product was not purchased from mall anywhere, I was surprised. I have all bills with me and this product is under one year warranty. I have that warranty card with me. Please let me know about filling complain against this.
