The equipment is under warranty.
the food processor was not working properly, I lodged the complaint to the shopkeeper. he gave me cell no. of company technician. I called up to the technician to visit my house. He visited my house and checked the equipment, and he has taken one of the part of the equipment. from last one month i am calling him on his (cell no. 9819384740) he is giving me false commitment. and yesterday he called my sister saying will have to buy new part for the equipment. I asked the shopkeeper from where i purchased the equipment, he says the machine is under warranty and company should provide me the spare with no cost, please advise me the real truth. as a Maharaja Whiteline customer I am suffering a lot for this product
