We have bought MAX T.V. from Shivam Sound Sales (ADD: Pachiya's Pole,Relief Road Ahmedabad- 380 001) on 12/02/2011.
After installation of the T.V the remote was not working a tall and also the T.V was humming we contact to shop keeper but he told us that we have to pay money for remote as its not under the guarantee of T.V. and after that he told us that the remote is ok where as your T.V. has problem so we have to take T.V. for repairing but after that he was denying the repairing T.V. and told we have bring T.V back and it will repair it in 4 days we at the time of purchase he told that he we repair it online.
Every time we contact the shopkeeper we give excuses.


please help to get it done.
