I had bought Merlin 123 from TVC Sky shop. on the first day i used i got smoke. i complaint about it to customer service and they had filled the complaint. they promised o change my merlin in 15 days. but after two months it is not replaced and every time i call them, i go the same reply for replacement within 07 days. The order no is OC 2479168 dated 21 nov 10. the machine became unserviceable on 27 Nov 10. On 29 Nov 10 the complaint was registered.
now what should i do. please guide me.
