Dear Sir,

I've taken the Micro wave owen Godrej 017E from hypercity hyderabad on 23-06-2010 and done the payment through card and recieved through home delivery on 24-06-2010, then i noticed there is no startup kit and recipee book. I've called many times to the customer care but no response and making us frustrated and asking us to walkin to get the things done, we just like to file up a complaint regarding this for their poor service and malfunctioning in home delivery.

Pls take necessary action.
