I purchased a Microtek inverter model UPSEB850 having serial no. 9HGBNB406609 from a dealer M/s Jeet Batteries, Supela, Bhilai on 29.11.09. The inverter is having 2 years warranty with full replacement. In last one year the inverter is causing regular problems and in 4 occasions I had to call the service provider to get it rectified. But recently it stopped working and service provider has taken it to his shop. He says that it will be repaired and returned to me after a week. Since this is creating frequent problems, I requested the dealer to replace it completely, in lieu of repairing it. Dealer has not agreed to do so.
Kindly look into the matter. Expect an early action from your end.
