we bought it from the shop named ANANDA situated at benachity,durgapur,w.b.after 2yrs it went out of order and we went to the shop for repair.they handed over the appliance to a private mechanic its now about 8months they are neither able to show the product back nor responding to us.today they sent us to the private mechanic shop who is providing us another microwave oven of electrolux company for Rs2500. whose actual price is about 4000 in the market.we have lost our appliance as well as being fooled and forced to buy the duplicate one.hope the consumerforum will help us by doing the necessary which would be justice to us.
