For last two months i am complaining about the non functioning of the machine, on earlier complaint a technician visited and inspected machine after opening the power switch he told us it is faulty and will replace it next day with a new one, no one had shown up. Again complaint was registered at their customer care center, which i followed up till 12 Dec 2011, on 12th Dec 2011 the customer care executive apologized for delay and said to me that she will create a new complaint number as its been pending for too long.
Then she also told me that it will get resolved in next 2 working days. Nothing happened i called them up again the 3rd day, she promised to check with the service personnel and confirmed it will get resolved by next day, still nothing happened, i again called up their customer care and now a guy replied that i should be assured and he will get it repaired in next 2 days.
Same thing nothing happened, i called again and told the i will file in consumer court if they treat their customers like that. And also stated that power switch needs replacement please do send your technician with that replacement.
Two days pass a technician came empty handed and when i asked him he told me he was unaware of any such situation and he will come back with replacement by tomorrow.
Still same thing happened no one had turned up for rectifying the fault for one 5-6 days, i again called at customer care and told them i am going to go to consumer court if you do not provide the proper service response, she out of scare gave number of Bhuvan their Service Manager number (9213817185) on last Friday 23rd Dec 2011, we have called him up and he promised the problem will be resolved ASAP.
Nothing happened, on Monday 26th Dec 2011 i again called up customer care and they asked me to call Bhuvan on same number, and ask him to give replacement of product as hes not able to provide service.
I called up Bhuvan Monday 26th Dec 2011, told him my complaint number (793289)and told him he should get problem fixed or i report to consumer court, he was not taking it seriously and told me it will get resolved by Monday 26th Dec 2011 or he will provide replacement of same product.
Nothing happened i called him up again at around 6:30 PM Monday 26th Dec 2011, he told me that they did not have part by day, now they have it and will fix the problem by Tuesday 27Th Dec 2011, today morning Tuesday 27th Dec 2011 around 11 AM i gave him a call he promised it will get resolved by 1:00 PM or he's going to provide for the replacement of product. I waited till 4:00PM today no one cared to call or inform on progress, when i called him up at 4:05 i was not able to call him from mobile phone then i knew may be he has restricted my phone number on his phone, like with blacklist application, so i tried from my home number and it ranged and he answered and falsely showed remorse that my product problem is not fixed by now and told me he will call at 5 PM for conformation.
No one came no calls from Bhuvan either, i called him up again at 5:15 PM, he was not willing to answer, then he said to me that it will get resolved by today his technician is on way, if it doesn't get fixed by today he will replace the product by tomorrow very confidently.
Now its 7:50 PM Tuesday 27th Dec 2011, no one has come...
I want my product to be replaced and i want a conformation from company that if any other product related complaint arise in near future the will rectify it in within a week or they have to replace the product if do not provide any valid reason behind delay, not for me only i appeal for all the other users too.
