Dear sir, I had purchased a Murphy Richards Toast & Grill (ST144701POS) in May 2011. after using for 2 months the holding clip has melted and the appliance has become non functional. Repeated complaints at the toll free no. and visit by the company engineers the appliance has neither been repaired nor replaced though in the gurantee period. Can you help please
