    Default MyWay IPTV

    Dear Sir,

    I took myway IPTV connection since Oct 2009. Service was not satisfactory. I complained several times. I returned his set top box in June 2010. He assured me to receive my caution money Rs. 1500 within month but I will not received till now. Please do the needful in the matter and provide Rs. 25000.00 compensation for the same.

    Now it works smoothly except on demand movie and karoke. It shows only loading. Earlier it was materialize in 2 min.

    Default Myway-IPTV is a fake company

    I was approached IPTV-MYWAY manager called Mr. JIJO at my residence. He forced me to take connection showing many application from other customers. He said within a week connection will be given. Believing BSNL as partner, I gave him a cheque for 1990/- on 6th April 2011. He has realised the cheque on 9th April. After his technician came to house and said that signals are weak so we will fund the money collected. I went several times to their agents office at Palarivattom and BSNL office. But till date, they have not returned the money. Moreover their manager JIJo lifts the phone when call him. BSNL has charged around in this month for modem which is not installed at my house.

    I request you to kindly intervene and refund the money.

    Dear sir,

    Angry Really bad service

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I have been asking for the connection from 21st of May. After a couple of days, i got my internet connection and asked for the IPTV connection.
    This time, they told me to get a type 2 modem wireless for the purpose which they hadn't said ever before.
    OK i got the wireless modem of Belkin. Now the technician asked me to get the one provided by BSNL. I successfully managed to get one. Now nobody picks up the phone when i call. if they actually do so(which is very rare) they say that we will be contacted shortly which as i have come to know is utterly false. i havent had a call from them till date. even though i have fulfilled all their conditions and paid the money,, they keep saying that someone will show up the next day. i want either my money back or my connection given in no more than 2 days.
    If nothing of the sort happens even after this, i will be constrained to proceed legally against you.
    I hope that you will not allow the matter to precipitate further
    Please do the needful
