Re Nikon coolpix s 700 Camera with Item code No 18208913923

This camera was bought From E Zone New Delhi Paschim Vihar,India
vide Cash memo # T5/750 on 24th Jan 2010, with Two years warranty ,

Today I have gone to your Nikon India Pvt ltd Gurgon Haryana india office,
and was told that Nikon will charge Rs 9650/- appx for the CDD which needs to be replaced,

This Camera was Bought for Rs 10998/- with Two Years warranty and today I was shocked to hear that the repair charges will b more even after the product
is still under warranty, Is it justified for a customer who buys a Reputed Camera and faces this???

As India office response was Very poor I need this to be repaired soon without any cost otherwise pls note I will Move to Indian cosumer court and
will inform Media about the poor performence of the Product with the poor
Customer satisfaction about this with proper documents in my Hand,

I was waiting in your India office nearly for Two Hours to show this faulty
product ?? what kind of the service Nikon Provides to its customers??

Need an early reponse Before one week of receving this mail before I take the legal action,
