Respected Sir/Madam,

I had made repeated complaints to the Carrier Customer Care as well as Carrier Kolkata branch office personnels like Mr. Deepak Sharma, Mr Subhasis Das, regarding the service that I am not getting from their end in the warranty period and also the forged bills which their service center Meho MCP had sent me, but they didn't try to solve the problem. Besides, they are forcing me to pay the bill which their service centre had generated but my AC is still not OK. I asked Mr. Subhasis Das to rectify my AC cooling problem which has been created by the Carrrier service centre personnels and take the payment of Rs. 3000 as contracted initially with Mr. Jayanta Saha (worker in Meho MCP).
Pl look into the matter as it is creating a lot of problem from the Carrier end and I am not getting any service nor my AC is working.
