I purchased a Voltas window ac from Shristi Sales , Patna. Last friday its compressor burnt out.I went through all procedures and paper works,but till now they didn't did any thing.I am a doctor by profession and facing a lot of problems. I want to lodge a case to consumers court. But how i don't know.any help?
