I am doing this mail after a long struggle. I purchased TOTAL RO in Jun 2009. It is having continuous problem since installed. Latest when i lodge complain on 26 May 10, it was rectified but problem was not solved. again i lodge complain on 01 Jun 10 and SMS also received on my mobile as 0058283546 with costumer ID 1006251345, but nobody attended the cpmplain. When again i lodge complain on 07 Jun 10, HELPLINE says your complain was lodged on 06 Jun 10, whereas i lodged on 01 Jun 10 and for the same message was received as i explained. Again i lodged complain on 09 Jun 10. i was assured that complain will be attended within 24 hrs but till now nobody attended my complain.
I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
