Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a GP 26110113 RO Water Purifier from their agent name Sarthik Appliances in 2007.After one year we are doing our AMC thru Usha Brita directly.For signing this AMC we get good number of calls also,but we miss this element when it comes to deliver the promise.Whenever we post any problem we normally get service after 1 week (sometime it goes 1 month),my question to the forum is,why this companies are allowed to sale a home product without any support sytem in place.
My request to the forum is I have registered a complaint on 18th of May,which was visited by a service engineer to tell that the spare is currently not available in Kolkata.
