I, B.K.Jha, resident of Flat no. 3A,Shivshakti Appartment,Plot no. 10,Sector 10 Dwarka,Delhi-110075, had purchased a Nu Tech RO System in Aug 2008 and had been assured by the company that free services would be provided at an interval of 3 monthfor 1 year, but got only 3 services in hyphazard duration. In Dec. 2009 have been convinced by the company representative for AMC strongly assuring minimum four services at the duration of 3 month and taken Rs. 2800 but didn't turn up at all till date. On 13 Nov. 2010, I received a call from the company for new AMC, when explained the services of last year they assured immediate action. I made more than 50 calls after that but nobody is picking the phone even. Please what I should have to do. Should I have to file a case against the company in consumer court ?

Will suggest everybody not to do this short of mistake to purchase Nu Tech. RO system. Then are only cheater or can say extorter.
