Hi,

I have purchased Onida Atom DVD Player 3 months ago. It stopped functioning after 15 days of purchase.
I have called the shop from which I have purchased. They informed me that I should be calling the customer care and have given me a number. I called them and a person called Munuswamy picked up the call and said that he would send a technician to have a look at it. A technician visited us after 10 days of repeated calls from me. He opened the DVD player and removed the PCB Board and left. After 15 days from then as there wasn't any reply, I gave a call. Onida customer care have taken my request as a new one and have provided me with a new complaint number. After a month, I could get to a person (Vijay, supposed to be an incharge of bangalore division) in Customer care, he said company would replace the DVD player with a new one. I am waiting since then with almost calls every alternate day.

It has been 2.5 months and I've not got my DVD Player. I spent 3,300 rupees and I still don't have my DVD player. Hats off to Onida. I am clueless of what to do. Can some one give a right solution to me?
