I have purchased the above model on January 2010 at GEORGE ENTERPRISES Porur Chennai 600116.

I specifically purchased this model for Dvix format, HDMI and 5.1 output. During purchase, on demonstration was displayed only DVD format, due to lack of Dvix, MPEG4, and HDCD formats unable to shown on demo. Now I was started getting the above formats but it was not detecting only AVI format is identifying but it was not playing more than a 10sec. where as in the same model presently available product are playing that to AVI format only rest of formats are the same condition it is showing that the costumers may had disappointed with this product. Therefore I would like to make a complaint against such a incompetent product. And also compliant against the Chennai customer service people that try to convincing me without rectifying the fault and try to avoiding attending the case.

I may kindly be favour to get compensation of this product and misbehavior of the service center and also stop sales such a incompetent product to the costumer with immediate effect and also make it propaganda on public interest
