I had bought ONIDA KY TVset in last year June. Eversince I bought it i faced a problem with the soud quality. I had lodgged a complaint with the Onida customer care also. An engineer visited and did some work on it ( placed a cushion in the woofer) but it couldn't work long.After that I wrote several mails to Onida customer care and concerned but no response!!!

Customer care is pathetic and useless. I have no option left but to go legal.
Please expedite.
