Dear concerned,

This is to notify you that i had recently purchased a 23l Microwave of Onida from a dealer based in Mumbai (Kandivali W) called kohinoor. At the time of purchase the dealer had told me that I'll get a free starter kit. At the time of delivery I did get a Free Starter Kit, which said that It contained a Multipurpose Cooker. A Multipurpose cooker as per the brochure inside the box is one which contains an Idli mould, a Dhokla mould and a Rice steamer basket. But when I checked the kit there was only the Cooker and the Idly mould. I believe that only if the company provides the other two attachment with the Cooker, it can be called as a Multi Purpose Cooker. By only mentioning the name of multi purpose cooker and not providing all the attachment with it, the compny is misleading middle class customers like us who try to save their cost by buying things which have multiple uses.

I believe that strict action should be taken against Onida and prevailing customers like us should be provided with the other two attachments.

I hope my compalain is genuine and expect immediate action from your end.
