I am Anand residing at Puttenhalli, bangalore. I am trying to get my Onida Microwave oven serviced. I have registered so many complaints, my complaint numbers are

I have started complaining from month of June and till date nobody has attended my complaint. I am tired of making repeated calls. I have spoken to the main Onida service station on the number 26577409, where I have spoken to Mr. Sugash who is the receptionist cum technician and without any response later I spoke to Mr. Chandra who is the mobile technician, and finally I spoke to Mr. Vijaykumar 9986379570 who is the branch in charge but all in vain, if I call him nowadays he not at all pick the call. I have sent a mail to “response @onida.com “ But no response. Infact I have also renewed my AMC support with Onida through Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd on 25/6/2010, and the engineer to attend was Mr.Hemanth, who never even bothers to pick up the call once the AMC was signed. Iam submitting this complaint only after getting fed up with the service of Onida, request someone to take immediate action on this regard.
