I have bought an AC Split 2 ton 5 months ago and I have been calling the dealer for 1st service. It's been a month still I didn't get it done. Whenever I call the branch manager he says that engineers are busy and sometime he fixes the date but no one turn up. I am really frustrated that I couldn't able to get a good service from the reputed company. I really bought this product beleiving that they will provide a good service but it is other way round.

I would really appreciate if you could do me the needful ASAP.
