I am at AHMEDABAD (GUJARAT) My customer registration at KRISHNA GAS SERVICE in current situation. & customer no- 27094.. I have to book my refill to distributor M/s Krishna gas service by telephonic at Krishna gas office and mobile to Mr. Rameshbhai patel on today dtd-28 october 2010 time- 15.23hrs. but distributor Shri Rameshbhai patel talking me to book refill to personally present and not on telephonic booking will be taken. Now problem is there i have service from 10 to 8 at association office. and it is not possible to go personally there for refill booking and now my refill will going blank within one or two days.. OTher thing is after booking refill.. distributors are delivering after 7 to 10 days.. Plz let me know the what is the rule for booking and how many days exemption for delivery of refill to customer....i m feeling it is harassment for me.. awaiting your reply urgently...- PARAS PRAJAPATI-9824576203.
