RESP SIR/MADAME,

I HAVE PURCHASED THE TOP LOADING FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE FROM LG WF -T7239 WS 6.2 KG ON THE 9TH OF SEPTEMBER I USED IT AND THE SAME DAY I HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN AS THE MACHINE SHOWS AN UE ERROR .
THE WORKSHOP PERSON TOOK IT AND SENT IT BACK TO ME AFTER A WEEK IN A MESSY STATE WHICH WOULD NOT SHOW IT WAS ANEW BRAND MACHINE FOR WHICH I HAD PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY ,, WELL THAT IS SECONDARY ,,, BUT AFTER KEEPING IT IN THE WORKSHOP THE TEXCHINICAL FAULT STILL EXISTS I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING ON TOLL FREE AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE IN 24 -48 HRS BUT TO MY KNOWLEDGE THIER 24 -48 HRS ARE NOT YET OVER,,,, I AM REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE AND WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE THIS PIECE AWAY EITHER GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY BACK .HOW CAN A BRAND NEW PRODUCT HAVE TECHNICAL ERROR.I WANT THIS TO BE REPLIED AT THE EARLIEST .
