It is regarding the repair of our 21'' philips colour TV model no. (21PT240B/94R) . on 16/08/2011 we took our TV to SKYNET Service 6-Harison house Malviya nagar Bhopal,462001, on that day an engineer name Kailash registered our complaint. He told us to get back in one week.After a week time he called and said TV is ready .So we got the delivery of the TV ,soon we reach the home and get a check of the TV working properly or not ,we start TV it starts but soon after 1 minute an unfamiliar sound comes from the TV and again the TV stop working so we called the same engineer Kailash , he told us that dont touch the TV he was sanding a mechanic to get a check of it.But we personally took our TV to the service centre on 02/09/2011 ,then they told us that there is a problem with the EHT and promised us a week time to get it repaired so again we gave our TV for repair in the same service centre .After one weeek we visited again to get our TV back ,but they keep on telling us it may take one or two days more so we said no problem and the engineer promised us that he will call in two days once it get done,but they never called us .They just keep on avoiding our calls and every time we visited their service centre on their said timing they were not available .SO now it is almost 2 months ,and still we are struggling to get our TV repaired.ON 17/10/2011 Kailash called and said we are not able to repair your BAD TV and they keep on telling us that we (the service centre people) said we almost spend RS. 4500 to get your TV repaired ,we said waht should we do in that situation,thats whyafter such a long wait we are unable to get our TV repaired .SO we want help.

If someone realy cares for this matter plz guide us how we can tackle this matter.
