In a national quiz contest I won a Philips Food processor. But when I got delivery of this item, and try to used it, It was not working properly.I contact to your service center and sent it to the center. The technical person told me that the product is defected and I have sent it for replacement as another new piece.But the problem is, that when I contact the service center, he told me that the item is coming, it is on they way etc.It is very long period near about 8 months, he is making me fool. he does not answer me properly. since last month, he does not attend my phone calls also. when I contacted to your customer care, They told me that there is no record of return back such item from the side of service center person .
I have contacted to your customer care many times as on date
